Can I sync my interlude calendar with my work or personal calendar?

Yes you can! It’s really easy to do and it’s something we strongly recommend if you want to get the most out of our HQBs.

First off, make sure that the email address attached to your account is linked to the calendar you want our breaks to show up in. Then all you have to do is head to your ‘my profile’ page, get yourself to the ‘calendar integration’ section and turn on the platform you use: Google, Outlook or iOS. You can switch on as many of the three platforms as you use.

Once you’ve switched on the calendar integration, you’re good to go! Book one of our breaks into your interlude calendar and you’ll also see it pop into your synced calendar.
