The Terms and Conditions of Sale vary slightly depending on whether you are an individual consumer or a business purchasing our subscription packages, so please do make sure you read through the terms carefully.

Subscription Outline

Interlude Digital Limited offers a range of subscription packages to consumers and businesses, designed to help workers and businesses supercharge their productivity through the power of high-quality breaks throughout the day.

We aim to ensure that our Website including the Interlude Platform, which is where you can access your user profile and the Subscription Content, is as stream-lined and accessible as possible. We appreciate how important it is for you to have high-quality breaks, and so we have designed the Website to ensure that you have access to, and can navigate through, the content as quickly and effectively as possible.

Subscription Customers

We provide our services through subscriptions which are available to individuals and businesses, as set out below.

Solo subscription for individuals (1 user profile only)

You can purchase a subscription package and you will have access to your own individual user profile and the Interlude Platform.

Team subscription for businesses (2 – 9 user profiles)

If you are looking to give Interlude to yourself and a small team, you can purchase a Team subscription, which provides you and up to eight others with access to the Interlude Platform.

At the time of your purchase, you will be asked to register the users by providing their name and email address, so please ensure that you have all of this information available to you. You’ll be able to get your team set-up right away as our system will then send an email to each of your team to welcome them to the Interlude Platform and provide login details and information on how they can set up a password.

The account holder will be the designated Team leader, and can make changes to the team members who have access to the subscription package, and the subscription package purchased from the Interlude Platform. However, you will not be provided with access to the individual user profiles for each of your team members, nor will we provide you with their log-in details or passwords.

Business subscription for businesses (10+ user profiles)

More than nine members in your team? No problem. We offer a Business subscription to support you and your team. On a Business subscription you get access to the same great features as our Solo and Team Subscriptions, the only three differences are: i) We will personally help you set-up and onboard your team, ii) We will need additional notice if you wish to end the subscription, instead of terminating the service within the month, we require three full months’ notice which you can be provided by simply sending us an email, with 5 days of your email we will confirm the last payment date and the final date that you and your team will have access to the Platform and iii) You may benefit from a multi-user discount on the subscription fees based on the number of users on your account.

If you think all of our packages sound great, you’d be right. If you’re unsure which subscription suits your needs best, then contact us directly through our contact form so that we can help you build the right package to support your business.

Subscription Content

Interlude Digital Limited appreciates that as a user, your needs may change throughout the day and week. Content suitable for a user on a Monday morning, may not be suitable on a Friday afternoon. We have therefore categorised the breaks into the three streams, and these are dependent on how the user wants to feel. The Interlude Platform asks, ‘What kind of break do you need?’

  • Calm
  • Energy
  • Focus

Within each stream, the user can further narrow their preferences by duration and content. For example, a user can choose the ‘Energy’ stream and then access a 30-minute yoga class, or a 15-minute high intensity workout.

As part of your subscription package, you can access all of the Subscription Content available on the Interlude Platform, the only limitation is in respect of the minutes available to you, which is determined by the subscription package you are signed up to. If you try to access content and you have insufficient minutes available that day, you will not be able to gain access without upgrading to a subscription plan providing more daily minutes – unless you are already a User of our highest daily minutes plan, interlude 60 – which can be done simply at any point. Should you wish to remain on the same tariff our content varies in duration, so we are sure you will be able to find alternative content suitable for your needs.

If you require any equipment to participate in the Subscription Content, you can find this out by clicking on the box which states ‘equipment needed’. Please note that we do not provide any equipment you may need to use, and you are responsible for ensuring that any equipment you do use, is safe and fit for purpose.

We continually review and update the Subscription Content available to our users, as we aim to provide the best service possible. We therefore make no guarantees as to the duration any content will be available.

Subscription Packages

We offer the following subscription packages via the Interlude Platform:

  • Interlude 30
  • Interlude 45
  • Interlude 60

The numbers next to each package set out the number of minutes you can access the Subscription Content on the Interlude Platform each day. It is important to us that you get into the habit of accessing and using the content daily, as we feel that this will provide the most benefit. Therefore, minutes cannot be accumulated and rolled over. For example, if you have an Interlude 30 subscription, you can access the content on the Interlude Platform for 30 minutes each day. If by 11:59pm (in the country you are accessing the content) on a Monday, you have not used some or all of those minutes, the minutes will re-set at midnight and you will then have up until 11:59pm on the Tuesday to utilise the 30 minutes that day, until the minutes re-set again at midnight.

A user can schedule several Interlude breaks throughout the day, subject to their subscription package. For example, if you have purchased Interlude 60, you could access a 30-minute video in the morning, and then two 15-minute videos in the afternoon. It is up to the user how they allocate the minutes within their subscription package.

We know how important it is for you to utilise your weekend as best you see fit, and this may include preparing for the week ahead. Therefore, whilst the Interlude Platform is primarily designed to support the working day, you can access your Subscription Content at the weekends too, it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At Interlude Digital, we consider the best way to utilise your subscription package is via the vitamin and painkiller approach:

  • Vitamin – You schedule high-quality work breaks in advance to ensure that you are regularly accessing the content that you consider is most helpful to you;
  • Painkiller – There are also times where you might feel you need a quick-fix, and so can browse and access content instantaneously.

To help you with the Vitamin approach, and to ensure that you don’t miss any prescheduled sessions, we have set up a calendar syncing function on the Interlude Platform.

Calendar syncing

As part of your member profile, you will have access to the Interlude calendar function, where you can schedule Interlude breaks in advance. You can link the Interlude calendar to any other calendars you utilise so that your scheduled Interlude breaks appear. For example, if you link your Google calendar to the Interlude calendar and schedule a 30-minute Interlude break for 10:30am each day, this will sync to your Google calendar, and you will see the scheduled Interlude breaks. Please note that you cannot schedule other meetings into the Interlude calendar, it only permits you to schedule Interlude breaks.

At Interlude Digital, we appreciate just how busy the day can get, and so it’s helpful to sync calendars to ensure that you set aside time to take those much-needed high-quality breaks.

Subscription Prices

When you purchase one of our subscription packages, you pay for the services in advance. Payment will be taken via Stripe on your monthly billing date. The billing date is set when you join. For example, if you join on the 5th January, the first payment will be taken on the 5th January, and subsequent payments will be taken on the 5th day of each month.

The prices for our individual subscriptions are:

  • Interlude 30 – £7.50
  • Interlude 45 – £9.50
  • Interlude 60 – £11

The prices are as quoted on the website for each subscription package. No VAT is charged.

If you are a business and would like to set up a Business account, please contact us via our Contact Form, and we will contact you to discuss the prices available. Where several subscriptions, or Team subscriptions are purchased, we may be able to offer a discount on the prices quoted on our website.

We may change the prices and service terms of our subscriptions. If we do, we will notify you via email, and provide you not less than 30 days’ notice before the changes come into effect. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription at the revised price, you can cancel your subscription via your user profile, in line with the cancellation section within these Terms of Sale. If you do not cancel your subscription within the 30-day notice period provided, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised price for your subscription, which will come into effect on the next billing date after the 30-day notice period has expired.

Promo codes

When a promotional code (promo code) is added at the payment stage, the price that you will be required to pay for will be displayed, along with the duration of the promo period. Once the duration of that promo code has passed, you will revert onto our standard rates as applicable at that time. Certain promo codes can also be entered within the platform where the same process will apply. Some promo codes will only be available to new users or certain users, while others will be available to all. Each promo code will detail the extent to which it applies. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of promotions at any time.

Changing subscription packages

On the Interlude Platform you can keep a track of the Subscription Content you have accessed, the duration of any access, and any trends which arise from your usage.

We appreciate that your needs may change over time, and so you can increase or decrease your subscription package i.e., you could opt to change from Interlude 60 to Interlude 45, and vice versa. You can also change your subscription package once per billing month.

Any changes to your subscription plan will be implemented immediately when you request to make a change. For example, if you wish to increase your membership to add more time, the additional price to reflect the additional time will be charged immediately and calculated pro-rata to the amount of time remaining in the month. Should you wish to reduce your package, the accessibility will reduce on the day you make your request and any charges will be adjusted and reflected in your next billing cycle.

If you are a business, you can change your Business subscription, but you will need to provide us with not less than 30 days’ notice before you would like the subscription changes to come into effect. Please notify us of your request via the Contact Form on our website.

Changing users (for business customers only)

We appreciate that in line with your business needs, there may be times when you need to change the users who have access to the subscription. You can do this by getting in touch with us and we’ll be happy to support you to make the changes. Please note that we will endeavour to make the changes as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours for any changes to come into effect.

As a business, you may wonder, What information will be available to a worker on their user profile?

Users via a Team or Business subscription will have access to all the information a Solo user has e.g., the Subscription Content available for access, details in respect to usage, however, users will not have any access to any payment information and prices for their subscription.

At no stage will Business package users be able to see any individual employee or freelancer data but  aggregated data can be provided by interlude so that you can use the information to best support your team.

Freezing subscription packages

At Interlude Digital, we appreciate that your needs and circumstances may change. We therefore provide you with the opportunity to freeze your subscription, up to a maximum period of 4 months once a year. During this time, you will have access to your profile on the Interlude Platform, but you will not be able to access any of the Subscription Content. During the subscription freeze, you will not be required to pay any subscription fees, and there are no additional charges for using this facility.

If you hold a Solo or Team subscription and would like to freeze it, you can do so via your user profile on the Interlude Platform. We will endeavour to implement the change to your subscription as soon as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect. If you are part way through a month, you will have access for the remainder of the month and the freeze will take effect from the next date you are due to pay. Should you wish to stop the freeze on your account early please contact us for support.

If you are a business, you can freeze your Business subscription, but you will need to provide us with not less than 30 days’ notice before you would like the subscription freeze to come into effect. Please notify us of your request via the Contact Form on our website. All requests must be submitted via an authorised individual of the business.

If you have a subscription which has been purchased via your employer, you will not be able to freeze your subscription.

We do not guarantee the availability of our website or Subscription Content. We reserve all rights to withdraw, suspend or restrict the content at any time for any reasons. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice if the website is to be suspended or is undergoing maintenance or updates.

Cancellation and Refund Rights

As you are purchasing a subscription which provides instant access to digital content, you will not be entitled to cancel your subscription and receive a refund.

Whilst we would hope that you don’t want to leave, we don’t like it when companies make it difficult for you to do so! Therefore, if you have purchased a Solo subscription then you can cancel your subscription by providing not less than 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date. For example, if you take out your subscription on 15th January and decide that you would like to cancel it, you must submit your request by no later than midnight on 12th February, for your cancellation to come into effect by the next scheduled billing date i.e., 15th February. Unfortunately, if you do not provide 72 hours’ notice, your cancellation request may not come into effect until the next scheduled billing date i.e., 15th March. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so via your user profile.

If you are a business, and you have purchased individual subscriptions, then you must provide not less than 30 days’ notice before your next billing date if you want to cancel your subscription. Business subscriptions can only be cancelled by the person who subscribed to the package initially, or who has authority to act on behalf of the business. We will require written confirmation from the business that it would like to cancel the subscription.

On receipt of your cancellation request one of our team will contact you via the email address provided on your user profile, to confirm that we have received notification of your cancellation, and the date that it will come into effect. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling your subscription, but we may contact you to discuss your options, which could include changing to an alternative subscription package or freezing your subscription. In such circumstances, we will contact you via the contact details you provided on your user profile.
